About Us

Our way of working

A starting point is often the Strategic Resources Assessment, which is a method for getting a solid and reliable view on the gap between “current state” and “future state” in order to plan for activities to close the gaps, such as organisational changes, training & development, leadership training, change facilitation, coaching etc. The Resources Assessment results in an Action Plan, pointing at activities needed to prepare for development activities.

The LEAD Network

All activities described are managed through the L.E.A.D Network, consisting of a number of organisational and leadership trainers – all with a well proven record of experience in their respective fields. The network is monitored through the L.E.A.D Academy, and references are available for all consultants.

About us

Anne Wolf has a Master of Science in Management and Organisational Development from City University, Stockholm besides her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University. Anne has spent most of her career in SEB, one of Swedens major financial institutions, first ten year with Cash Management business for large corporations and the last 10 years in HR, in different leadership positions in areas such as Talent Management, Competence Development, Leaderhip Training and Change Management. Together with her family, Anne has lived and worked in New York, London and Berlin.

Kajsa Undin is certified Coach according to ICF (International Coach Federation) and certified in Dynamic Management, a one-to-one leadership development program. She is educated within Labor Relations and Organizational Development at Stockholm University and has studied Entrepreneurship and Business Development at Stockholm International Business School (SIH). Kajsa is also a certified physiotherapist at Linköpings University.
Kajsa has been working with strategy- and profitability development. She has also been involved in recurrent consultancy projects within Business Development with focus on human relations and behaviours for both the private- and public sector, mainly in the healthcare industry. Kajsa also have experience from launching and developing new brands in the retail sector.
